I welcome all feature requests and suggestions, and I give consideration to all of them. But please understand that I have very limited time to add new features to the program currently, so for the foreseeable future I can't promise anything.
If you are experiencing a problem with BananaSplit, please be as descriptive as you can about it in your email. The more details you give me, the easier it will be to reproduce on my end, and the better the chances are that I will be able to solve your problem. If you're willing to work with me on the problem, I'll correspond with you and do my best, but unfortunately I can't guarantee I'll be able to fix it. Let's face it, computers are just weird sometimes. If I can't help you with the problem, or if you are simply unsatisfied with BananaSplit for whatever reason, I will gladly offer you a full refund.
Sometimes emails get sent to the spam folder, and sometimes I just don't see them for whatever reason. Please know that I do genuinely try to respond to all inquiries, but I'm not perfect.
Please, please don't spam me. I used to have a contact form here to prevent against that, but it kept having issues so I decided to just post my contact email for all to see, because I'd rather be sure people can contact me if they need to.
